Our story
SCW Growth was founded on a simple observation: most companies are sitting on data that could transform their growth, but it's scattered, distrusted or simply never turned into decisions.
Before consulting, our founder spent a decade scaling growth in-house at fintech and SaaS companies — building credit acquisition and direct mail programmes of the kind pioneered at Capital on Tap, and the analytics stacks behind high-growth SaaS businesses. That means we know what it's like to own a CAC target, defend a budget, and answer to a board — not just write the deck.
Today we're based in London and work with ambitious companies across the UK and US, from seed-stage startups building their first data stack to scale-ups squeezing more from established channels. Every engagement is senior-led — the person you meet is the person who does the work.
